They are artfully manipulated in Photoshop to create the illusion of sunset by darkening the overall image, swapping the sky, and adding cozy lighting effects - hence the name, "Virtual." That's right, I can photograph a property midday and still deliver sunsets! Studies show that listings with Virtual Twilight images get more views and sell/rent faster than those without.
